Generational Giving: Structuring a Family's Philanthropic Legacy
We are engaged with the family of a leading financial services company to inform and influence their giving. We have created giving roadmaps for each member of rhe family customised to the causes they are passionate for. We have hosted a few workshop to build their perspective on philanthropy and presented opportunities for impactful giving. Simultaneously we are also supporting them organise and structure their philanthropy purpose in a thoughtful institution.
Grassroots to Grand Vision: Building a Purpose-Driven Philanthropic Journey
We are helping the business leader of a leading pharmaceutical company by building his perspective on the causes of his interest. Towards this we have held workshops with subject matter experts and practitioners to present firsthand insights on the issues and effective solutions. For his immersive experience we have organised field visits in the remotest parts of the country to showcase interventions at the grassroots level by non-profit organisations. Subsequently, we have facilitated the thinking around his philanthropic purpose and institutionalising it.
Designing Change: Structuring a High-Impact Philanthropic Vision
We have worked with an eminent fashion house entrepreneur to help her organise and structure her philanthropy. We started with refining her perspective on the cause of interest. We then started to define her purpose in workshops that eventually led to defining the vision and mission and drawing her philanthropy’s theory of change. Following this we facilitated meetings with some leading non-profits that have designed and implemented successful programs addressing the cause. These interactions informed the design of the philanthropic interventions, which are underway at breakneck speed.
Illuminating Impact: A Focused Approach to Family Philanthropy
We partnered with the second generation of a promoter family of a consumer durables company to shape a focused, impactful approach to their philanthropy. Through deep engagements, we explored their values, connected them with sector experts, and identified causes and non-profits aligned with their purpose. By facilitating direct conversations with these organizations and setting a thoughtful fund allocation framework, we helped the family make informed, strategic choices. This collaboration illustrates our commitment to guiding philanthropists in creating meaningful, sustainable impact.
Leadership for Legacy: Building a Philanthropic Powerhouse
When a top real estate developer sought leadership for his philanthropy vehicle, we guided him from headhunter selection to final decision-making. After vetting and choosing the ideal headhunter, we crafted a specific job description, screened candidates, and led interviews to assess fit. Our support helped secure a leader whose expertise and vision aligned with his philanthropic mission, ready to drive meaningful impact.
Building a Movement: Deepening Engagements for India's Transformation
Since its inception, AIP has built a network of over 150 members.
