AIP’s NextGen Program underscores the importance of starting early—equipping emerging givers to give sooner and with greater impact. Launched in July 2025, the first cohort of 15 givers and nine mentors is undertaking a six-month journey of field visits, mentorship, sector insights, and volunteering—fostering a culture of thoughtful, high-impact giving.
